Tamer Ibrahim

  • Tamer Ibrahim is an Egyptian writer and medical doctor, regarded as one of the leading thriller and horror authors in the Arab world. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, in 2003 and began his literary career writing horror stories for the “Basket of Novels” series published by Modern Arab Association, before co-writing the “Mega” series and later launching his own “Another World” series. His name became closely associated with quality horror fiction after the publication of the short story collections “Tales of the Dead” and “Tales of the Basement”, followed by the novels “The Dark Maker” and its sequel “The Twenty-Third Night”, in addition to works such as “What I Did”, “The Fat Lady’s House”, “Peter Bishop’s Tales”, “300 Minutes” and others. Ibrahim has also written for film and television, including the series “Critical Moments”, “Countdown”, “Room 207” and the film “Over My Dead Body”, further solidifying his reputation as a master of suspense.
